Welcome to ANH Coaching! I am a fully qualified and experienced professional nutrition, health and wellness coach, and specialise in both online and in-person coaching for individuals and families. I take a hands-on approach to coaching, and love helping families develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.

At ANH Coaching I strive to help people and families fulfil their long-term health and wellness through one-to-one and group coaching sessions.

Based in Bath, I provide online-coaching sessions throughout the UK.

If you are within the local area and prefer a face-to-face session, this can be arranged. For families or people who have difficulty in travelling, home visits are available.

This is especially the case for young families as I want your children to feel comfortable and relaxed in their own environment.
