Whilst we are setting your goals together, we will consider the following:

I can help you to fuel properly before, during and after exercise. Exercise can range from going for a walk to high intensity aerobic training and strength training.
I also have a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification and have extensive experience from my own fitness journey. This enables me to be able to advise you on appropriate fitness activities for you to undertake during your journey.
